RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sample management

Execute on retainer PR work by coordinating sample loan and media request, arrange sample delivery accurately

Update the loan list and sample list for each season, keep the collections and sample room clean and tidy

 2. Press Release

Composing, translating monthly press release

 3. Report

Clipping report preparation. Collect daily & monthly PR exposure data composing.

4. Event Support

Assist team for event planning related work: information collection, document preparation, event stand-by (Fashion show, Popup store, etc.) 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 3 or 4; Grade A tier domestic or overseas university

Native Mandarin speaker with fluent command of English in both oral & written.

At least 4 full days a week, prefer 6 months

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Detailed oriented, friendly, hardworking. The decent manner and high working efficiency.
