Retail & Franchisebusiness support

-      Assist on retail and franchise business follow-up: monthly report, product request consolidation, new product launch

follow-up, ad-hoc analysis, etc.

-      Communicate with stores and help to put End Customer Orders in SAP for retail & franchise and follow up product deliveries with stores on a bi-weekly basis

-      Manage ODEIS data extraction to support daily replenishment

-      Help to track and clean the reservations in retail stores  

-      Monthly Model stock update with stores and relevant teams

SAV – Aftersales support

-      Handle aftersales request from stores and arrange product return and delivery

-      Communication with stores & external workshops on the product repairment follow up

-      SAV monthly report delivery

-      External workshops invoice follow-up  

Other missions:

-      Assist on NGTC & GIA certificate follow up

-      Help team manager to organize training material for seasonal training

-      Assist on Family sales organization

-      Event support, etc.

PROFIL

-      Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with strong business sense

-      Rigorous, autonomous, calm, quick learner

-      Multi-tasks and the capability to handle urgency/identify priorities

-      Good team spirit and communication skillProficient on Excel, Power Point. Familiar with SAP, ODEIS, Power BI is a plus.
